WHAT IS YOUR DANCING BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE? I began dancing when I was 3 years old. I started getting serious with my dancing around age 10, and started to compete. My love for dancing continued to grow as the years went on. After graduating high school, I continued to train as much as I could, along with traveling with two dance conventions and working with them on weekends. Since then, I have been teaching and choreographing at the studio I grew up at, all different ages and styles!
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO AUDITION FOR DCC? Ever since I was little I knew I wanted to be a performer. My love for dance has grown more and more everyday. Watching the DCCs along with seeing all that they do is what made me want to audition. Knowing that I can continue doing what I love, and be apart of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders would be a dream come true!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT BEING A PART OF DCC? I love spending every day with the most loving and encouraging group of people that make each day better than the one before.
PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: My proudest accomplishment is making the team! This past year was really hard on me and my mental health. I had a difficult time with trusting myself and not thinking I was enough to become a dancer. When I auditioned for DCC I had to stop thinking about those things, and know that I could do it! I am proud of my growth throughout this year, and for making this team. If you were to tell me a year ago that I would be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader I would not believe you!
IN 10 YEARS FROM NOW I WILL…Be living a happy and healthy life and enjoying all of the ups and downs I have been through.
